I just bought a Buick Encore here about a month ago and I am extremely happy. It drives beautifully, it is a well maintained quality vehicle. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve had. Paul and Franklin were absolutely amazing with the customer service. Paul really goes above and beyond to make sure that you get a vehicle you are happy with!! I couldn’t be happier with my car I will have it for years and I have been giving out referrals already. I will be back for my next car.

I can’t praise this dealership enough! Paul and his staff made purchasing my new car a completely stress-free experience. From finding me my dream car, securing an auto loan, taking care of the insurance enrollment, new plates and even helping with my lease return, they truly went above and beyond in every possible way. I recenty purchased a CLA 250 Mercedes over the phone from Auto Connection in New York while living in the DMV area, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Buying a car sight unseen can be nerve-wracking, but Paul made me feel confident every step of the way.He provided detailed photos, answered all my questions honestly, and were transparent about the entire process. The paperwork was handled efficiently online, and he coordinated the shipping to my location without any hassle.The car arrived exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and ready to drive. I have to say Jason was very effective and efficient in helping me with my car purchase not a lot of dealerships treat you how this place does. Honestly not sure where they found their employees but places should take note because they go out of their way to get you the best deals and service they can. I strongly recommend people buying with Jason because he really takes care of his customers. Excellent service

Best Dealer experience ever. Went into the dealer with some hesitation of my brand new 2018 q50 3.0T Sport due to previous dealers. Everything was a green flag and quick. I asked if I can test the car with my scan tool. The person named Franklin Told me I’ll do you one even better let’s go test drive and scan it after. Test drove around 20 minutes and plugged in my scan tool and truely no issues everything ready for inspection no fault or pass codes. As we go inside there was a language barrier between my father in law, me myself and the Financial manager Paul. But no worries Franklin was able to help with that as far as Spanish goes. Paul helped us get amazing rates and wanted to push to do even better on our loan. Explained the warranty perfectly to us where we decided to go through with it. The car was clean inside and out. I will never regret coming to this place and will certainly have no issues going back they are really good people. 5 stars isn’t enough 10 if I could Thank you everyone

Will only deal with Paul and his crew when it comes to buying a used car. He has helped me and many friends and family over the years and has always done right by us! Great new locatiin too! Special thanks to Franklin on my 2023 nissan frontier purchase... i love it!
